high vibe teacher training

We don’t just train people to move. We create amazing teachers.

Most Pilates training programs teach you how to perform the moves. We take it a step further. The High Vibe Teacher Training is a 6-month immersive journey designed to bridge the gap between "knowing" the mechanics and "commanding" the room. By the time you graduate, you won’t just understand the Reformer; you will have the voice, the eye, and the confidence to inspire every body in front of you.

the high vibe difference: science meets soul

Real transformation doesn’t happen in a "crash course" weekend. To become a truly world-class instructor, you need time for the movements to settle into your body and the coaching cues to become second nature. Our 6-month curriculum is strategically phased to take you from the foundations of movement to the high-energy command of a professional studio environment.

  • Physio-Led Anatomy & Physiology: Forget generic lectures. Your A&P modules are taught by a clinical Physiotherapist, giving you a deep, professional understanding of biomechanics and injury prevention.

  • 6 WEEKENDS OF TEACHER CONTACT: YOU’LL LEARN HOW TO MOVE, WHY WE MOVE THE WAY WE DO, CONTRAINDICATIONS THEN PRACTISE YOUR TEACHING.

  • The Signature Workbook: You’ll receive our comprehensive High Vibe manual, detailing every Reformer move with technical cues, common misalignments, and progression layers.

  • Pre & Post-Natal Mastery: Stand out in the industry with a dedicated specialist module. You’ll graduate fully equipped to safely and effectively support clients through every stage of pregnancy.

Real transformation takes time. Our modular approach allows you to integrate what you learn, practice it in a real-world setting, and return each month with a deeper level of mastery.

  • Every month, you will join us for an intensive, high-energy immersion weekend. These 60 hours of direct contact time are the heartbeat of the course, where you receive hands-on feedback, technical workshops, and direct mentoring.

    • Month 1: The Foundation & Footwork We start where every great class begins. You’ll master the mechanics of the Reformer, safety protocols, and the fundamental "High Vibe" movement library. We focus on neutral pelvis, spinal mechanics, and establishing your "Teacher Voice."

    • Month 2: Bio-Mechanics & The Physio Perspective This is where science meets the studio. Led by our clinical Physiotherapist, you will dive into Anatomy & Physiology. You’ll learn exactly what is happening in the joints and muscles during every move, ensuring you teach with clinical authority and continue our learning of our repetoire.

    • Month 3: The Art of Cueing & Flow Now that you know the what, we teach you the how. This weekend is all about "The Flow"—learning how to transition seamlessly between moves and provide tactile and verbal cues that actually land.

    • Month 4: Progressions, Regressions & Pre/Post-Natal A great teacher can teach anyone. We dive into our specialist Pre and Post-Natal module with expert Rachel from Breathing Space and learn how to modify every move in the workbook for injuries, different body types, and varying fitness levels.

    • Month 5: Mastery of the Manual We review the advanced repertoire. This weekend is about refinement—polishing your performance of the moves and sharpening your "Teacher Eye" to spot and correct misalignments in a split second across a busy room.

    • Month 6: The Final Gateway & Launch Our final contact weekend is focused on the "business of vibe." We cover class programming, auditioning for studios, and practising for your final practical assessments. You leave this weekend not just feeling confident to pass your exams but also with a career plan and knowing your next steps.

  • To ensure you graduate at the top of the industry, your 6 weekends are supported by a rigorous (but rewarding) practice schedule:

    • 120 Hours of Personal Practice: You cannot teach what you haven't felt. You will live the High Vibe lifestyle, mastering the repertoire in your own body using your 20% Trainee Discount on studio class packs. You can also organise practise classes with the other trainees and use the studio free of charge.

    • 120 Hours of Practice Teaching: This is where the magic happens. You’ll spend time "on the mic" in the studio. As one of our Teacher Trainees you get a minimum of 1 teaching hour in the studio per week with our High Vibe Family turning your knowledge into instinct.

    • Weekly Studio Access: Unlike other courses that leave you to find your own space, we provide dedicated teacher-practice hours at the studio every week. You’ll have the equipment and the environment you need to succeed, free of charge, for the entire 6 months.

    • The Problem: You’ve seen other courses where anatomy is just a boring PDF or a 2-hour lecture. You’re scared that if a client walks in with a back injury or a pregnancy, you’ll accidentally hurt them because you don't truly understand how the body works.

    • The Transformation: Clinical Authority. Because our A&P is led by a Clinical Physiotherapist, you don’t just memorize muscle names—you understand biomechanics. You transform into a teacher who can look at a body, understand its limitations, and safely modify a workout on the fly. You become the "safe pair of hands" that studios compete to hire.

why choose high vibe?

The Investment in Excellence

We know there are faster, cheaper ways to get a certificate. But at High Vibe, we aren't interested in "fast"—we are interested in world-class. Here is why our 6-month immersive journey is the smartest investment you’ll ever make in your career:

  • Clinical Depth You Won’t Find Elsewhere: While other courses skim over anatomy, our modules are led by Clinical Physiotherapists. You aren’t just learning where muscles are; you’re learning the science of how they move, heal, and stabilize.

  • True Integration, Not Just Memorization: A weekend "crash course" leaves you with a full brain and an empty body. Our 6-month model gives your nervous system time to actually integrate the movements. You don't just learn the repertoire; you become it.

  • The "Zero-Stress" Practice Bridge: Most trainees struggle because they have nowhere to practice. We remove that barrier by providing dedicated weekly studio hours for 6 months. That is hundreds of pounds of studio rental value included in your tuition.

  • Specialist Versatility: We include a full Pre and Post-Natal module as standard. You graduate ready to safely teach a wider demographic, making you infinitely more employable (and valuable) to top-tier studios.

  • Mentorship Over Modules: You aren't just a number in a lecture hall. With 6 full weekends of contact time, you develop a direct relationship with your mentors. We see your progress, we tweak your technique, and we support your growth every single month. We cap our numbers so we can ensure each student feels fully supported and time on the machine is available on every contact weekend.

  • The "Insurable" Gold Standard: Because we exceed the national requirements for contact hours and assessment rigor, you won't struggle with red tape. Our graduates are highly respected by insurers and studio owners alike.

  • A Career, Not a Certificate: We don’t just teach you how to use a machine; we teach you how to build a brand, command a room, and turn your passion into a sustainable, high-vibe career.

have fun

Learning something new can be scary but it can also be fun and exciting. We’ve planned this training to be fun and educational.

Learn and feel

Don’t just learn the moves but learn how they should feel in your body so you can create better cues allowing your students to feel into their bodies.

Plan with Purpose

Plan classes with purpose and mastery leaving your students feeling amazing.

Teach with confidence

LEarn to find your voice in the studio and gain confidence as the 6 months goes on.

  • Not at all. We aren't looking for people who can perform the most advanced moves on Day 1; we are looking for people with a passion for movement and a "High Vibe" attitude.

While we recommend having a minimum of 10 classes of regular Reformer practice so you are familiar with the machine, our 6-month evolution is designed to build your physical mastery from the ground up.

You do need to have some background in fitness or have at least taken a Level 3 qualification in Anatomy and Physiology.

  • Because we only have 6 weekends of direct contact time, 100% attendance is highly encouraged. However, we know life happens. If you miss a weekend, you will be required to book a private catch-up session with a lead educator (at an additional cost) to ensure you have met the required hours for certification. Our qualification requires that you have a minimum of 60hours contact teaching time.

  • Yes. We believe that to be a world-class teacher, you need to understand the body at a clinical level. Our A&P modules are developed alongside and delivered by a Clinical Physiotherapist. You won't just learn muscle names from a book; you’ll learn how they function on the Reformer and how to manage common injuries safely.

  • This is where our program stands apart. We don’t expect you to find your own space. You will have access to dedicated "Trainee Hours" at the studio every week for 6 months not just teaching real students but practising with fellow trainees or family and friends. This allows you to practice your cueing and sequencing on the actual equipment you’ll be tested on, alongside your fellow trainees.

  • Absolutely. Our course is designed to meet (and exceed) the robust requirements set by major UK insurers. Because of our high contact hours (60 hours) and rigorous assessment process, our graduates are eligible for professional indemnity insurance so you can start teaching the moment you pass.

  • To master the Reformer, you need to be on the Reformer. All trainees receive a 20% discount on all High Vibe class packs for the entire duration of the 6-month and for an extra 6 months or until you’ve completed your exams. We want you in the studio, learning from our senior teachers and feeling the moves in your own body.

  • Yes. We understand that this is a significant investment in your future. We offer flexible payment plans that allow you to spread the cost of the training over the 6 months of the course. Please email us for a full breakdown of the payment options.

the gateway to excellence: your certification

We don’t just "give out" certificates at High Vibe. We award them to teachers who have proven they are ready to lead. Our assessment process is designed to be a supportive yet rigorous validation of your skills, ensuring that when you step onto that podium, you have earned your place there.

To graduate as a High Vibe Reformer Instructor, you will complete four key assessments:

1. the signature group class (1-hour practical)

This is your "Stage Moment." You will lead a full 60-minute Reformer class for a small group. We aren't just looking for correct moves; we are looking for your "High Vibe" energy, your ability to manage the room, your musicality, and the clarity of your cueing. This is where you prove you can create an experience, not just a workout.

2. the clinical 1-on-1 (1-hour practical)

The true test of a teacher is their ability to tailor Pilates to the individual. In this assessment, you will teach a private 60-minute session. You’ll be judged on your "Teacher’s Eye"—your ability to spot misalignments, provide manual and verbal corrections, and adapt the repertoire to suit a specific client’s needs and goals.

3. the anatomy & physiology exam (multiple choice)

Led by the knowledge gained in our Physio-led modules, this exam ensures you have a rock-solid understanding of the human body. You’ll be tested on muscle actions, skeletal structure, and the science of movement, giving you the clinical confidence to speak with authority to your clients.

4. the "moves & safety" exam (multiple choice)

Precision is everything. This exam covers the High Vibe Reformer repertoire in detail, with a heavy focus on contraindications. You’ll be tested on which moves to avoid for specific injuries, how to keep clients safe on the machine, and the "why" behind every spring setting and carriage movement.

Why we assess this way:

By the time you reach assessment day, you will have completed 300 hours of study and practice. These exams aren't about "catching you out"—they are about confirming that you have transformed into a safe, knowledgeable, and inspiring instructor.

When you hold a High Vibe certificate, the industry knows you’ve met a gold standard.
