We want to reassure you that every "Reformer master" felt exactly the same way once. Even if you are already used to Mat Pilates, the new sensation of movement, resistance, and cables on the Reformer may feel a little disorienting during your initial class.
Our expert instructors are dedicated to providing gentle guidance and clear instruction, helping you feel comfortable and secure within minutes.

Managing your class bookings is simple and entirely self-service.
To reschedule or cancel any session, simply log into your personal bsport account, click on the session you have booked, and select the appropriate 'cancel' or 'reschedule' option.
To ensure you do not forfeit your class credit, you must execute the cancellation a minimum of 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
Please note that cancellations made within this 12-hour window will result in the automatic forfeiture of the class credit from your account.
