Please read these policies carefully before booking any class or service.

By booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Studio Locations
All class locations are clearly listed in the class name on our schedule and confirmed in your booking confirmation email. It is your responsibility to check and ensure you find us on time for class
Entry to the class will be at the teacher's discretion, dependent on the time of your arrival and the current stage of the class warm-up. Classes missed due to attending the incorrect location are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Pregnancy Policy
For the safety of our clients and for insurance purposes, pregnant clients may only attend classes explicitly listed as 'Pregnancy-Friendly'. Teaching pregnant clients is a specialised service requiring specific training. Only a small number of our instructors are qualified to teach these dedicated sessions. If you are pregnant, please inform us and only book classes marked as suitable.
3. Arrival Time & Class Entry
We endeavour to open the studios 15 minutes before a class start time.
  • Late Arrival: If you arrive after the class has officially started, your reserved spot may have been offered to a waitlist student. Please be prompt.
  • Teacher's Discretion: For safety reasons, especially on the Reformer, late entry is disruptive and can be unsafe. Entry after the class start time is not allowed and one class/credit will be taken from your remaining pack. 
4. Cancellation Policy
We maintain a strict cancellation policy to manage class capacity, maintain fairness to clients on the waitlist, and ensure fair pay for our teachers.
Class Type Cancellation Deadline: 
Reformer Classes: 12 hours prior to class start
Workshops: 7 days (1 week) prior to the event start 
Courses: 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the course start
  • Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel outside of the above deadlines, or fail to show up for your booked class, you will forfeit the class credit used for that booking.
  • No-Show Fee: For failure to cancel (No-Show), an administrative fee (or loss of a class credit for unlimited membership holders) will be applied. Please cancel your class if you cannot attend.
  • Illness/Injury: Our cancellation policies apply equally to cancellations due to illness or injury.
5. Credit Reissue & Transfers
  • Timely Cancellation: If you cancel your class before the outlined deadline, the class credit will be automatically reissued to your High Vibe account.
  • No Transfers: You cannot transfer a missed or late-cancelled class credit to another session. Missed course sessions are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: We respectfully ask clients not to request exceptions to these policies. These standard industry policies are essential for running a sustainable business in an expensive time, covering rising operational costs, and protecting our revenue-share agreements with our valuable teachers.
6. Waitlist Policy
  • Automatic Booking: If you add yourself to the waitlist and a spot becomes available, you will be emailed. our waitlist comes on a first taken basis. Ie. everyone on the waitlist gets offered a spot and the first person who claims it gets it.
  • Cancellation Policy Applies: Once you are automatically added to the class from the waitlist, the standard cancellation policy (Section 4) immediately applies.
  • Removal: If you are no longer able to attend, you must remove yourself from the waitlist You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time without penalty.

7. Class Pack Expiry
All class packs have a set expiry date, which is clearly detailed at the time of purchase.
  • Usage: You must book and attend all classes within the specified expiry date.
  • No Extensions: There are strictly no extensions on class packs. This includes, but is not limited to, reasons of injury, illness, travel, or holidays.
  • Forfeiture: Once your class pack has expired, any remaining credits will no longer be available for use and are forfeited.
